On 10.06.2026, a share transfer transaction corresponding to a total of 32.368% was carried out at Çalık Holding A.Ş., to which our Company’s principal shareholder Aktif Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. is affiliated, whereby Mr. Ahmet Çalık transferred shares in equal proportions to Mahmut Can Çalık, Mert Turgut Çalık, Ahmet Furkan Çalık and Esad Kamil Çalık.
